T2 B29: Yummy Dinner

So we had our Christmas dinner early, like always. Some of my relatives own a restaurant, so we usually buy a turkey, and bring it there for dinner. It's always crowded at the restaurant near the holidays, so we always eat our big holiday dinners a long time before the actual holiday. We had turkey, potatoes, and corn with yummy creamy gravy! Sigh, too bad there aren't many big holidays in the spring! But I guess that's because we need something cheerful during these dark gloomy cold months. I can't wait to be able to feel the sun's warmth and watch all the rainy days turn sunny!
But I'll rather slowly experience Christmas first!

T2 B28: Presents piling up!

So many presents! Well, I guess that's also because we're a pretty big family, but it makes me so happy, because I remember some years ago, we had barely any to open on Christmas day!
Hmmm, I wonder what's inside, but I'm not tempted to open them....yet.

T2 B27: 4 more days till Christmas!

YEEEEE! I can't wait! 4 more days until Christmas! I'm getting so excited! I'm thinking of decorating my room in red and green chains, just like what I would have done in elementary school! Sigh, it brings back so many happy memories!

T2 B26: Gift Idea

So I was thinking about school, and suddenly knitting came into mind. I have tons of leftover yarn at home, both from the knitting project, and from projects that I've been wanting to do. But it's the perfect winter project when I'm bored at home! I could knit while still being entertained by videos or the TV. But I've got to remember to peel myself away from the screen sometimes...It kills my head when I sit in front of the computer/TV for too long . I've been thinking of making my mom a nice red-ish scarf for Christmas, but I've got to start soon, since I'm going to run out of time. I hope I finish by then!

T2 B25: Playing!

Now that I've spent almost a day playing and spending time with my family, I've been feeling so uncomfortably lazy and useless. I have no intention to do any homework, which is killing me, because I know I should still be working hard, even though it's technically a break! I hate feeling so useless and lazy, it drives me so crazy, yet I still do it. WHY?

T2 B24: No skating!

Yesss! Now that we've got a break from skating, it's nice to know that I'll be able to sleep in on Sundays. It felt kinda weird, actually, since I've never really gotten a chance to sleep in, except for those rare Pro-Ds. I felt so out of place, getting up so late. It was so different from what I was used to, being at least a little sleepy in the morning, and facing the darkness of the morning. Instead, I get to wake up to the bright sunlight. So different. Maybe I'll just stick with waking up earlier, but sleeping earlier, too, if I can manage that.

T2 B23: Laziness

Yay! Now that winter break's here, I feel all comfortable and it just feels so wonderful being able to stay home doing almost nothing!
