I forgot to mention I had my last skating lesson yesterday! Okay, before I went onto the rink, there were toys scattered all over the place. So I did a warmup lap, and then our teacher called us in to start our "party". I was kind of disappointed that we wouldn't get to learn anything new during the last day, but she said we were going to play lots of games, so I guess that cheered me up. The first thing she mentioned was an obstacle course, and she turned in the direction of the scattered toys. For a moment, I thought she was just kidding, but she skated towards it like she wanted us to follow. I didn't know how we could manage to do it. I'm pretty sure it was made of little kids, because we had to crawl through some of the toys, and we were too big to fit through. Eventually, Lianna gave up trying to make us do it, so we headed back to the far side of the rink. Well, we played octopus, circle tag, and chain tag, and eventually it was time to go. It was an awesome last class though! Lianna also mentioned that she taught private Figure skating classes, so I asked her about it, and hopefully my mom would agree and sign me up.
So, we had our second volleyball class, and I wish we could have more, because it's so awesome! I got to practice my serving this time, and it's getting better! Too bad, it's one of the only things that I'm good at. Well, our team was ok, just that the boys kept trying to spike or, hit the ball with their arms everytime, and it would just go flying. One time, he hit it so hard, it went flying off to the bleachers, that was over the net, on the other side...I still don't know how he managed that. Well, me and Natasha got a lot more practice in, and I can't wait until our next class! Yes, this is one of those first times that I've looked forward to PE.
Good night,
Dapple Grey
