Walking right out of mangas...

If you haven't noticed yet, we have Japanese exchange students in our school. Most of us were still knitting, and didn't really catch the announcements, so I only caught the word "Japan". Mimi and I were walking to English, when she spotted a Japanese student in a uniform. She thought it was just another student dressing up, but then she saw another. She told me about it, and it was true: as we walked to English, we saw another and another, and eventually a whole group of them! Well, actually, I only saw girls. They had dark blue uniforms and a skirt, both with white trims. Mimi was kind of freaking out, or should I say, overexcited. After school, Mimi, Cynthia and I hung around outside for a bit, and at first, it was just some of the Japanese students were walking out, but then more came walking out. Eventually, a big group of them walked out of the school, and we saw them all together for the first time. We just stared and stared...That was when I finally noticed the boys' uniforms. They were all black with yellow buttons down the middle. It was just so cool, seeing them all there, speaking rapid Japanese! Mimi commented that they looked like they walked straight out of a manga or anime, because they had uniforms that looks pretty much the same, which is probably why she was so fascinated.
