So, the big day has finally arrived. I woke up at 7 and just studied and studied. Studied whatever I was unsure of, and whatever I could think of. I was still studying during breakfast. Well, it wasn't really last-minute studying, just a review. Oh gosh, in the car I was a lot more nervous, but I had my review sheets and I was pretty much prepared. I got to the exam room, with a few minutes to spare to look over my notes before the exam began. I saw my teacher there as well, she's the RCM representative, so she's organizing the exams. Looking at her and remembering all our funny theory moments, and all those practice sessions just gave me more confidence. So there I was, finally doing my exam. And whoa, it was a lot more easier than I had expected. But as I predicted, all the questions my teacher asked me were there. All of it, plus this little section that I was unsure of. Oh well, I remembered everything for my essay, and overall, I'm pretty confident that I did a good job.
After exam, I felt so free. Well, I still have that piano exam in August, but it's too far away for me to be worrying about right now. I was really, really hungry, so I went home and ate a huge lunch. That was probably because I could barely eat during breakfast. I was also really tired, so I took a nap, something I've never done for a loong time. Oh yeah, great news today! My cousins and aunt in China have finally received their visas, so now they're planning on coming to Canada in the Summer. We're going to tour around them a lot during the summer, so I guess I have a big Stay-cation being planned. I'm so excited! I can't wait to show them the beauty of Vancouver!
