Whoa. Day 1 is now totally different. Since today was Collab, I still had to go to school early since my mom was at work, and my dad dropped off my siblings early, and dropped me off on the way. I spent the extra time knitting, and my scarf is almost double the size.
We had french first, which passed by really quickly. Same with English, we had reading time, and then a book talk, and that was it. I was so surprised, it barely felt like one class. Anyways, for Applied Skills I got a lot more knitting done, and we finished Toy Story 3, and the ending was still kind of sad, even if this is my second time watching it. WHY IS LOTSO SO EVIL? HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE A BIG, KIND, FLUFFY, HUGGABLE BEAR THAT SMELLS LIKE STRAWBERRIES.
Anyways, we had P.E. after that, and I barely had time to change. Next time I should change before lunch. We got to get our Sun Run stuff, which was just a nice T-shirt, a bib number, and a running chip. I'm so excited! But it's also kind of early in the morning, so I might be tired. Natasha did an approximate calculation, and it's supposed to be 25 times around the track...We had to do track outside today, and it was raining. We had warm up and during that time the rain wasn't so bad. And then it just stopped. We did 100m sprints, which was really fun. I managed to beat my old score by 0.3 seconds. We also did long jump, but by then everyone's sweater/T-Shirt had droplets of rain and mud. It was just disgusting. Long jump was okay, and I got 2.2, which was I think second highest for the girls in our class. The boys got like 4.7. The only bad thing was that we got sand in our shoes, and I just felt so cold and miserable afterwards. But I'm still so excited for Sun Run. I can't wait!
