La Traviatta (at least I think that's how you spell it)

I don't know, I just LOVED today, every bit of it. Today just felt very different from the other days. I don't know, maybe I was just in a very good mood. I did have French first thing, and I finally had my part for the skit memorized, which went pretty smoothly. I say we did pretty good, actually. We were only supposed to memorize the first four lines, but our group memorized the whole thing, which probably made it better.
In English, we went down to the band room to watch a opera performance, La Traviatta (the fallen woman). I was really excited, since I haven't seen a real live performance of opera before. And wow, they were really good. They're voice was really projected and really loud, even though the guy said that it wasn't even half their full singing volume. Since we learned the story before we heard them sing, we could follow along, and tell what was happening. It was all in Italian, and there were so many trills and beautiful melodies! They also in a little acting, and the whole thing was just so...dramatic.
